目的:中药治疗肺心病的临床疗效观察.方法:将我院于2011年3月—2014年7月所挑选100例肺心病缓解期患者作为调查对象,行不同临床疗法治疗(对照组行临床西药治疗,研究组行西药+中药治疗),临床治疗结束后评定效果.结果:研究组肺心病患者临床治疗效果的94.0%、预后生活质量评分(心理、生理等)高于对照组的76.0%,差异明显(P<0.05).结论:临床西医治疗肺心病缓解期患者基础上加用中药疗法作用明显,可缓解患者疾病症状,改善生活现状,值得临床推广.

목적:중약치료폐심병적림상료효관찰.방법:장아원우2011년3월—2014년7월소도선100례폐심병완해기환자작위조사대상,행불동림상요법치료(대조조행림상서약치료,연구조행서약+중약치료),림상치료결속후평정효과.결과:연구조폐심병환자림상치료효과적94.0%、예후생활질량평분(심리、생리등)고우대조조적76.0%,차이명현(P<0.05).결론:림상서의치료폐심병완해기환자기출상가용중약요법작용명현,가완해환자질병증상,개선생활현상,치득림상추엄.
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine on pulmonary heart disease.Methods: 100 cases with pulmonary heart disease during March,2011 to July,2014 were selected and treated with different therapies (western medicine for the control group and integrated Chinese and western medicine),the clinical effects were evaluated after treatment.Results: The effective rate of the research group was 94.0% and the life quality score (of psychology,physiology) was higher than the control group 76.0% with significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion: Integrated Chinese and western medicine has obvious effect on treatment of pulmonary heart disease,relieving the symptoms and improving the living situations,which is worthy of application.
