校外托管教育服务应经济社会发展需要而产生，师范院校应积极适应社会发展需要，本着发展观、育人观、类型观、服务观和开放观的科学理念，不断调整人才培养模式，多方鼓励和引导师范生积极参与校外托管教育服务实践活动，在服务实践活动中拓宽专业知识和专业技能，不断提升师范生的职业发展空间。
校外託管教育服務應經濟社會髮展需要而產生，師範院校應積極適應社會髮展需要，本著髮展觀、育人觀、類型觀、服務觀和開放觀的科學理唸，不斷調整人纔培養模式，多方鼓勵和引導師範生積極參與校外託管教育服務實踐活動，在服務實踐活動中拓寬專業知識和專業技能，不斷提升師範生的職業髮展空間。
교외탁관교육복무응경제사회발전수요이산생，사범원교응적겁괄응사회발전수요，본착발전관、육인관、류형관、복무관화개방관적과학이념，불단조정인재배양모식，다방고려화인도사범생적겁삼여교외탁관교육복무실천활동，재복무실천활동중탁관전업지식화전업기능，불단제승사범생적직업발전공간。
The school education trusteeship service should the needs of economic and social development and produce ,normal col‐leges should actively adapt to the needs of social development ,the spirit of scientific concept of development view ,view of educa‐tion ,the concept of type ,service concept and open view ,constantly adjust the mode of talent cultivation ,encouraging and guiding students to actively participate in extracurricular tutor education trusteeship service practice ,broaden the professional knowl‐edge and professional skills in the service practice ,continuously improve the occupation development space .
