个体个性的发展是个体创造能力展现与提升的前提，以工程训练作为切入点，分析了在工程训练教学中各种个体需求的复杂性。指出构建信息化教学平台、实施分层次教学、推进学分制管理、设计模块化内容、探索跨学科综合以及开展竞赛等措施是满足各种需求，培养与提升大学生创新能力的有效途径。
箇體箇性的髮展是箇體創造能力展現與提升的前提，以工程訓練作為切入點，分析瞭在工程訓練教學中各種箇體需求的複雜性。指齣構建信息化教學平檯、實施分層次教學、推進學分製管理、設計模塊化內容、探索跨學科綜閤以及開展競賽等措施是滿足各種需求，培養與提升大學生創新能力的有效途徑。
개체개성적발전시개체창조능력전현여제승적전제，이공정훈련작위절입점，분석료재공정훈련교학중각충개체수구적복잡성。지출구건신식화교학평태、실시분층차교학、추진학분제관리、설계모괴화내용、탐색과학과종합이급개전경새등조시시만족각충수구，배양여제승대학생창신능력적유효도경。
The development of individual personality is the premise of individual creative ability ,this paper takes engineering training as the breakthrough point ,analyzes the complexity of individual demand in engineering training teaching .Pointing out that the construction of informationization teaching platform ,the implementation of multi - level teaching ,promoting the man‐agement of the credit system ,designing modular teaching content ,to explore interdisciplinary and carrying out competition measures is an effective ways to meet the college students’ demands and to cultivate and enhance the innovation ability of col‐lege syudents .
