目的:观察屈伸交替电针配合低频电刺激改善高位脊髓损伤后上肢腕手功能的临床疗效。方法将40例脊髓损伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组20例。治疗组采用屈伸交替电针法配合低频电刺激治疗,对照组采用电针治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后Lindmark评分及上肢表面肌电信号(sEMG)特征值(MAX、IEMG),并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后sEMG信号特征值各项指标(MAX值及IEMG值)及Lindmark评分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后sEMG信号特征值各项指标及Lindmark评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为80.0%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论屈伸交替电针配合低频电刺激是一种改善高位脊髓损伤后上肢腕手功能恢复的有效方法。

목적:관찰굴신교체전침배합저빈전자격개선고위척수손상후상지완수공능적림상료효。방법장40례척수손상환자수궤분위치료조화대조조,매조20례。치료조채용굴신교체전침법배합저빈전자격치료,대조조채용전침치료。관찰량조환자치료전후Lindmark평분급상지표면기전신호(sEMG)특정치(MAX、IEMG),병비교량조림상료효。결과량조치료후sEMG신호특정치각항지표(MAX치급IEMG치)급Lindmark평분여동조치료전비교,차이균구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조치료후sEMG신호특정치각항지표급Lindmark평분여대조조비교,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조총유효솔위95.0%,대조조위80.0%,량조비교차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론굴신교체전침배합저빈전자격시일충개선고위척수손상후상지완수공능회복적유효방법。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of flexor-extensor alternate electroacupuncture with low-frequency stimulation in improving the wrist-hand function after high spinal cord injury.Method Forty patients with high spinal cord injury were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 20 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by flexor-extensor alternate electroacupuncture with low-frequency stimulation, while the control group was by electroacupuncture. The Lindmark score, MAX and IEMG of sEMG were observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups.Result The MAX, IEMG of sEMG and Lindmark scores were significantly changed after the treatment in both groups (P<0.05). The sEMG signal values and Lindmark score of the treatment group were significantly different from that of the control group after the treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 95.0% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Flexor-extensor alternate electroacupuncture with low-frequency stimulation is an effective method in improving the wrist-hand function after high spinal cord injury.
