目的:探究益脉康片联合卵磷脂络合碘片对眼底出血性疾病患者的临床疗效.方法:选取2014年1月—2015年1月我院收治的107例眼底出血性疾病患者进行研究,根据数字法随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组中54例患者,采用益脉康片联合卵磷脂络合碘片进行治疗,对照组53例患者,仅采用益脉康片进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果.结果:观察组治疗后显效人数显著多于对照组,视力恢复水平显著高于对照组,治愈时间显著短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:益脉康片联合卵磷脂络合碘片治疗眼底出血性疾病患者,能有效控制患者病情,有助于患者视力的恢复.

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of Yi Mai Kang tablet combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets in the treatment of patients with fundus hemorrhage disease.Methods: 107 cases of patients with fundus hemorrhagic disease admitted in our hospital From January 2014 to January 2015 were taken for study and were randomly divided into observation group and the control group.The observation group with 54 cases was treated with Yi Mai Kang tablet combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets,while the control group with 53 cases was treated with Yi Mai Kang tablet.Finally,the effect on two groups of patients were evaluated after the treatment.Results: The effective number of the observation group after treatment was significantly more than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05; the visual acuity level of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05; the curative period of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion: Yi Mai Kang tablet combined with Iodized Lecithin Tablets in the treatment of fundus hemorrhagic disease can effectively control patients' disease condition and help patients restore vision.
