2014年9月采用纸上发芽法(TP),研究盐胁迫下硝普钠浸种对草地早熟禾种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:随着硝普钠浓度的升高,草地早熟禾种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽和胚根长、幼苗鲜重均呈现先升高后降低的趋势。硝普钠对草地早熟禾种子的萌发具有低浓度促进而高浓度抑制的双重效应,在盐胁迫下 SNP 溶液浸种浓度为0.25 mmol/L 时抗盐效果最佳,发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数分别为44.7%,25.3%和12.2%,活力指数为0.2247、0.9385,胚芽和胚根长为1.12 cm、1.08 cm,幼苗鲜重为0.0208 g。

2014년9월채용지상발아법(TP),연구염협박하초보납침충대초지조숙화충자맹발화유묘생장적영향。결과표명:수착초보납농도적승고,초지조숙화충자적발아솔、발아세、발아지수、활력지수、배아화배근장、유묘선중균정현선승고후강저적추세。초보납대초지조숙화충자적맹발구유저농도촉진이고농도억제적쌍중효응,재염협박하 SNP 용액침충농도위0.25 mmol/L 시항염효과최가,발아솔、발아세、발아지수분별위44.7%,25.3%화12.2%,활력지수위0.2247、0.9385,배아화배근장위1.12 cm、1.08 cm,유묘선중위0.0208 g。
The effect of sodium nitroprusside (SNP)on the seed germination of kentucky bluegrass (KB) under salt stress was studied by using paper towel method in September 2014.The results showed that the ger-mination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,shoot length,root length and fresh weight showed an increasing and then decreasing pattern along with the increase of SNP concentration.SNP had double effects on the seed germination of KB (positive effect at low concentration and negative effect at high concentra-tion).The optimum concentration of SNP for resisting salt stress was 0.25 mmol/L and the germination rate, germination potential,germination index were 44.7%,25.3% and 12.2%,the vigor index were 0.224 7 and 0.938 5,the shoot length and root length were 1.12 cm and 1.08 cm,the fresh weight of seedling was 0.020 8 g respectively.
