针对大型立式淬火炉大时滞、非线性、强耦合、温度控制难于满足淬火工艺要求,导致产品质量不稳定的问题,提出了一种基于操作模式的温度优化控制方法来提高铝合金构件的成品率。根据操作模式的基本思想,给出了一种适合大型立式淬火炉生产过程的操作模式描述;采用灰色评估原理和方法,建立了淬火炉生产工况综合评估模型;通过该模型从历史数据库中筛选出优良的、各种批次的淬火温度曲线,结合淬火过程的初始信息和电热元件的通断比,得到相应批次的优化操作模式,组成优化操作模式库。在炉温状态匹配过程中,通过分类搜索的炉温匹配方法进行初始炉温的相似性匹配,快速找到优化操作参数,实现淬火过程温度的优化控制。实际运行结果表明,基于操作模式的温度控制方法能够实现大型立式淬火炉低超调快速升温、精确保温的控制效果。

Aiming at issues with inconsistent product quality due to its large time delay,nonlinearity,close coupling and tempera-ture control not meeting quench requirements,a method of temperature optimization control based on the operational pattern is proposed to improve the production yield of aluminum alloy components.According to the basic idea of the operational pattern, an operational-pattern description suited to the production process of large-scale vertical quench furnace is presented.The theory and methodology of grey evaluation are employed to establish a novel evaluation model of furnace production conditions.This model assists the selection of excellent quench temperature curves for each batch from the history database.Thus,the corresponding optimized operational patterns based on the initial information and the on-off ratio of electric heating elements in quench process are obtained to construct the optimized operational-pattern pool.In the procedure of temperature matching,the temperature matching method based on classified search is used for the similarity matching of initial temperature to quickly find the optimized operational parameters and achieve the temperature optimization control of quench process.The actual running re-sults show that the method of temperature control based on the operational pattern can achieve fast heating with low overshoot, high precision in the thermal insulation of large-scale vertical quench furnace.
