高校思想政治教育是培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的主渠道，是培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人的主阵地，必须不断加强和改善高校思想政治教育，以彰显其培养人的“生命线”效能。推动高校思想政治教育改革，必须树立“常”与“变”的辩证思维，坚持传承与发展、扬弃与创新、常态与动态、普遍性和特殊性的统一，并将这一思维贯穿于思想政治教育的全过程，唯有如此，才能真正做到高校思想政治教育因势而谋、应势而动、顺势而为，增强高校思想政治教育的针对性和实效性。

As the main channel to cultivate and practice the socialist core values,and themain battlefield of cultivating qualified socialist builders and successors,ideological and political education in colleges and universities must be strengthened and im-proved to highlight the function of training the “lifeline”.To promote the reform of ideological and political education in colle-ges and universities,we must set up the dialectical thinking of“regularity”and “change”,and adhere to the unity of the inherit-ance and development,the unity of the discarding and innovation,the unity of “regularity”and “change”,and the unity of the universality and particularity,which should be implemented through the whole process of ideological and political education. Only in this way,can ideological and political educationbe planned,carried out and changed according to the real conditions so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of ideological and political education in Colleges and universities.
