农民专业合作社是农民走向市场，参与社会分工的桥梁，合作社作为一种新型经济组织还处在培育和完善阶段，融资问题是制约合作社发展壮大的瓶颈，通过对邢台市农民专业合作社融资问题进行专题调研，分析目前邢台市农民专业合作社融资现状，总结目前邢台市合作社融资中的问题，并提出相应的对策建议。

Farmers' professional cooperative is the bridge for farmers to go to market and participate in social division of labor. As a new type of economic organization, cooperative is still being fostered and improved. The financing problem is the bottleneck restricting the cooperative development. Through special investigation on the financing problems of Xingtai farmers' professional cooperative, the present financing status of the Xingtai farmers' professional cooperative is analyzed, and the financing problems in Xingtai cooperative are summarized, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
