针对全线架空绝缘线发生的鼓包、散股、燃烧现象,分析绝缘线内部气体的来源,并应用架空线路的热平衡方程式,结合CIGRE标准对其进行理论推理验证,证明了是由于电流发热,交联聚乙烯高温下分解气体,气体膨胀于瞬间迸发而产生上述现象.最后提出了防止类似事故发生的措施与建议.
針對全線架空絕緣線髮生的鼓包、散股、燃燒現象,分析絕緣線內部氣體的來源,併應用架空線路的熱平衡方程式,結閤CIGRE標準對其進行理論推理驗證,證明瞭是由于電流髮熱,交聯聚乙烯高溫下分解氣體,氣體膨脹于瞬間迸髮而產生上述現象.最後提齣瞭防止類似事故髮生的措施與建議.

In order to solve the problems of the overhead insulated wire such as bulges,scattering of strands and combustion, this article analyzes the source of the internal gas of the insulated wire based on the thermal balance equation of the overhead lineThrough relevant theoretical reasoning verification by means of the CIGRE standards,it proves that the above problems can be attributed to the sudden gas expansion due to the decomposition of cross-linked polyethylene under high temperature caused by the heat emission of electric current.Finally,it presents relevant preventive measures for similar accidents.
