针对现有微耕机结构强度分析中存在的智能化程度低、建模效率低、分析耗时长、成本高等问题,研究了自动化微耕机主要零部件有限元建模与分析方法,探讨了微耕机结构强度分析经验知识的获取、表达和重用机制,实现了微耕机强度的高效、系统化、智能化检验。
針對現有微耕機結構彊度分析中存在的智能化程度低、建模效率低、分析耗時長、成本高等問題,研究瞭自動化微耕機主要零部件有限元建模與分析方法,探討瞭微耕機結構彊度分析經驗知識的穫取、錶達和重用機製,實現瞭微耕機彊度的高效、繫統化、智能化檢驗。

In allusion to the deficiencies existing in Structural Strength Analysis of miniature farming machine such as low intellectualization, inefficiency of the modeling, long time consumption analyzing and expensive cost and so on, the method of automatic modeling and analyzing of critical part and component for miniature farming machine is researched. Then the acquisition, expression and reuse mechanism of experience knowledge for structure strength analysis of miniature farming machine is discussed. Thus, the goal of structure strength analysis for miniature farming machine with high efficiency, systematization and intellectualization is obtained.
