目的:探究腹腔开放技术在胃肠外科治疗中的应用价值.方法:选取2012年6月-2014年8月在我院胃肠外科接受胃肠手术治疗后出现相应并发症的72例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为实验组和对照组,每组平均36例,实验组患者均接受手术后腹腔开放,对照组患者接受术后常规关腹,回顾性分析两组患者的临床资料.结果:实验组患者的术后并发症确诊时间及手术处理时间明显少于对照组,且两组间的差异显著(P<0.05);实验组的治疗总有效率为 94.44%,明显高于对照组患者的66.67%,且两组间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:使用腹腔开放技术能够明显缩短胃肠手术后确诊并发症的时间及手术处理的时间,有效提高并发症患者的治愈率,具有重要的临床推广意义.

Objective: To investigate the value of abdominal open technology in gastrointestinal surgery. Methods: From June 2012 to August 2014, 72 cases of complication following gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group, 36 cases for each. The experiment group was given abdominal open technology following surgery; and the control group was given conventional abdominal closure following surgery. Clinical data in two groups were retrospectively analyzed. Results: Postoperative complications and surgical treatment time in the experimental group were less than those in the control group; and the differences were significant (P<0.05). The total efficiency in the experimental group was 94.44%, higher than 66.67% in the control group; and the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Application of abdominal open technology could reduce postoperative complications and surgical treatment time, and improve efficiency, be worthy of promotion.
