目的:探讨思维导图对肺癌患者健康教育效果的影响。方法选择2013年1月—2014年1月在我院住院治疗的肺癌患者86例,随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例,观察组应用思维导图进行肺癌疾病的健康教育,对照组进行常规健康教育。比较健康教育前后两组患者的肺癌知识水平、生活质量和抑郁程度。结果健康教育后观察组患者肺癌相关知识得分(16.38±2.53)分、生活质量整体功能得分(52.19±6.28)分,均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为3.50,2.18;P<0.05)。健康教育后观察组抑郁评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.39,P<0.05)。结论思维导图能够提高肺癌患者健康教育的效果。

Objective To explore mind map impacted on health education in patients with lung cancer. Methods A total of 86 cases lung cancer patients were treated in our hospital cancer center between January 2013 and January 2014, and the patients were randomly divided into two groups, namely observation group (43 cases) and control group ( 43 cases ) . The patients of observation group applied mind map for lung disease health education while the patients of control group only accepted health education by routine method. Before and after the health education, patients′ level of knowledge in lung cancer, quality of life and depression level were evaluated. Results After health education, patient′s lung cancer knowledge obtained ( 16. 38 ± 2. 53 ) and quality of life and total function had (52. 19 ± 6. 28) score in the observation group which both of them were higher than these of the control group (t=3. 50,2. 18;P<0. 05). However, the depression score of observation group was lower than that of the control group after health education (t=2. 39,P<0. 05). Conclusions Mind map can improve the effects of health education for patients with lung cancer.
