结合国外科学教育“设计与技术”课程情况，分析了当前我国当前技术教育的问题，提出在我国小学科学课程中开设“设计与技术”课程，试图为我国小学科学课程标准的修订及基础科学教育、技术教育的改革提供一些参考和方向。
結閤國外科學教育“設計與技術”課程情況，分析瞭噹前我國噹前技術教育的問題，提齣在我國小學科學課程中開設“設計與技術”課程，試圖為我國小學科學課程標準的脩訂及基礎科學教育、技術教育的改革提供一些參攷和方嚮。
결합국외과학교육“설계여기술”과정정황，분석료당전아국당전기술교육적문제，제출재아국소학과학과정중개설“설계여기술”과정，시도위아국소학과학과정표준적수정급기출과학교육、기술교육적개혁제공일사삼고화방향。
Based on foreign science education “design and technology”courses, this paper analyzes problems exist in China‘s current technical education, and puts forward the necessity of “design and technology” courses in China‘s primary school science curriculum, trying to provide some references and directions for the reform of primary school science curriculum standards, basic science education, and re-form of technology education.
