目的：观察中西医结合治疗下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的下肢静脉性溃疡患者98例采用中西医结合的方法治疗，观察临床疗效。结果临床治愈72例（73．47％），显效15例（15．31％），好转9例（9．18％），无效2例（2．04％），总有效率97．96％。结论中西医结合治疗下肢静脉性溃疡能快速控制病情，提高临床疗效和复发率。

목적：관찰중서의결합치료하지정맥성궤양적림상료효。방법장부합납입표준적하지정맥성궤양환자98례채용중서의결합적방법치료，관찰림상료효。결과림상치유72례（73．47％），현효15례（15．31％），호전9례（9．18％），무효2례（2．04％），총유효솔97．96％。결론중서의결합치료하지정맥성궤양능쾌속공제병정，제고림상료효화복발솔。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the integrated medicine in the treatment of lower extremity varicose ulcer. Methods 98 cases of patients with lower extremity varicose ulcer who were eligible for inclusion criteria were treated with the integrated medicine.The clinical curative effect was observed.Results 72 cases were cured ( 73.47%) , 15 cases were effective ( 15.31%) , 9 cases were improved ( 9.18%) , and 2 cases were invalid ( 2.04%) .The total effective rate was 97.96%.Conclusion Therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of lower extremity varicose ulcer can quickly control the condition, improve the clinical curative effect, and reduce recurrence rate.
