目的:观察化腐生肌膏治疗臁疮的临床疗效.方法:将60例臁疮患者随机分为两组,治疗组30例外用化腐生肌膏纱布;对照组30例用0.2%雷佛奴尔黄纱条包扎,两组均配合全身对症支持治疗,8周后观察总疗效.结果:治疗组总有效率、腐肉脱落时间、创面愈合率、愈合时间、创面分泌物pH值、创面颜色积分、新生上皮出现明显优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:化腐生肌膏治疗臁疮疗效显著、经济安全、使用方便.
목적:관찰화부생기고치료렴창적림상료효.방법:장60례렴창환자수궤분위량조,치료조30예외용화부생기고사포;대조조30례용0.2%뢰불노이황사조포찰,량조균배합전신대증지지치료,8주후관찰총료효.결과:치료조총유효솔、부육탈락시간、창면유합솔、유합시간、창면분비물pH치、창면안색적분、신생상피출현명현우우대조조(P<0.05).결론:화부생기고치료렴창료효현저、경제안전、사용방편.
Objective: To observe clinical effects of the Huafu Shengji cream on ecthyma. Methods: 60 cases of ecthyma were randomly divided into 2 groups. 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with the Huafu Shengji cream. 30 cases in the control group received 0.2% Leifonuer (yellow yarn). In addition, two groups also have received systemic symptomatic and supportive treatment. In 8 weeks, the total efficiency was observed. Results: The total efficiency, carrion off time, healing rate, healing time, pH value of wound secretions, wound color integration and new epithelial in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Huafu Shengji cream was effective, affordable, safe and convenient on ecthyma.
