广播电视大学向开放大学的转型,是一场全面的、深刻的包括教务、教学和考试等全方位的改革,尤其是体现在学习支持服务体系的构建上。在“互联网+”时代,电大原有的教学与学习支持服务已经难以适应新型学习者的现实需求。因为新型学习支持服务体系具有个性化、交互性、开放性等诸多特征,需要在顾客满意理论的基础上进行全新的设计与架构。新型的学习服务体系需要师资、资源、教学过程、管理等多个环节的配合。同时,还需要从师资、资源、管理服务等多方面加以深入探究并不断改进。

The transformation of TV University to Open University is a reform in many aspects including teaching management , teaching and testing, especially is the construction od learning support service system. In the era of “internet plus”,the former teach-ing methods and learning support svatem of TV University fail to meet the demands of new learners, for new learning support system has such characteristics as 1earbing suppon system has Such characteristics as personalization , interaction and openness. There-fore,with Customer Satishction theory,a series of measures are expected to be taken to design a new 1earbing suppon service system, which need the cooperation of many elements including teaching staff, teaching resources, teaching process and management. Besides, in designing a new learbing support service system,the aspects of teaching staff,teaching resources and management service need further study.
