成人教育收益是对成人教育收益绩效的一个考核，以农民工作为成人教育典型代表，利用浙江省11个地市1110份农民工调查问卷数据，在工资决定理论和人力资本理论的基础上，采用Mincer收益函数扩展的方法，对农民工教育收益的主要影响因素进行实证分析。研究结果显示，农民工教育收益受个体特征、职业特征等核心因素的影响，其中，性别、工龄、工作经验、文化程度、婚姻、就业区域、工作单位稳定性、工作变换频率和参加培训对其影响显著，而农民工来源地和合同签订情况对其影响不显著。并在此基础上，对现有农民工教育收益问题作进一步讨论。

The benefits of adult education are an assessment of the benefit performance of education. Through the survey data collected from 1110 migrant workers of 11 cities in Zhejiang province ,an empirical research on the main influencing factors of educa-tion benefits of migrant workers with the expanded methods of Mincer revenue function is conducted, based on wage determinism the-ory and human capital theory. The results show that the education benefits of migrant workers are affected by individual characteristics and occupation characteristics, among which gender, working time, working experience, education background, employ ment areas, marriage, work place, work stability, frequency of changing job and training have exerted deep influences on education benefits. How-ever, the source of migrant workers and contracts have no significant influence. Finally, the existing problems about education benefits of migrant workers are further discussed.
