技术的进步推动微时代快速到来，研究民族民间舞蹈在微时代的传播路径紧迫而重要。通过对微时代关键特征的分析发现，民族民间舞蹈的传播发现新的载体，能更加快速进入公众视野，引发社会关注。但也面临着信息被忽视，传播信息碎片化，消解文化品质等挑战。微时代下民族民间舞蹈传播要扬长避短，提高微时代传播认识，系统规划民族民间舞蹈传播，实现定向传播，挖掘深度传播，提升微时代传播品质。

The progress of science and technology has promoted the rapid coming of the Micro-Age, and it is very es-sential to study the propagation path of national folk dance in the Micro-Age.From the analysis of the key features of the Micro-Age, the study finds that there is a new medium which can make national folk dance seen quickly by public eyes and concerned by society, but, meanwhile, faced with some challenges, such as the information to be ig-nored, the dissemination of information fragmentation and the decomposition of culture quality etc.During the Micro-Age, national folk dance should enhance advantages and avoid disadvantages, raise the understanding of propaga-tion of Micro-Age, plan the propagation of national folk dance systematically, achieve the directional propagation, dig the depth of propagation, and develop the quality of propagation in Micro-Age.
