目的：评价联用人参蛤蚧散合止嗽散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘疾病的治疗效果。方法将120例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机分为两组，对照组使用常规治疗方案；治疗组加用人参蛤蚧散合止嗽散。7天后进行肺功能测定，并比较疗效。结果治疗组21例总有效率为90．0％，对照组为76．6％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论加用人参蛤蚧散合止嗽散治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘，疗效肯定，值得临床推广。
목적：평개련용인삼합개산합지수산치료해수변이성효천질병적치료효과。방법장120례해수변이성효천환자수궤분위량조，대조조사용상규치료방안；치료조가용인삼합개산합지수산。7천후진행폐공능측정，병비교료효。결과치료조21례총유효솔위90．0％，대조조위76．6％，량조총유효솔비교，차이유통계학의의（ P＜0．05）。결론가용인삼합개산합지수산치료해수변이성효천，료효긍정，치득림상추엄。
Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Renshen Gejie powder combined with Zhisou powder for cough variant asthma. Methods 120 cases of patients with cough variant asthma ( CVA) were randomly assigned to experiment group and control group.Both of the two groups received conventional therapy, whereas the experiment group additionally received Renshen Gejie powder and Zhisu powder. The lung function of the two groups was measured after treatment of 7 days, and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experiment group and the control group was 90.0%and 76.6%, respectively, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Addition of Renshen Gejie powder combined with Zhisou powder in the treatment of CVA has good and reliable effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
