In this paper, through summing up the experience of many years study and practice for acupuncture and needle painless technology, in the process of application of acupuncture and needle painless technology, that the Wang Wen Wen Qieprinciples should be applied was found, in order to guide the acupuncture and needle as far as possible to reduce pain, and improve the patient's acceptance.
