青年编辑是高校学报的新生力量,也是学报的未来和希望。青年编辑的成长经历适应期、稳定期、上升期、成熟期四个时期。他们存在着工作超负荷;理想与现实的困惑;进修机会不多,业务素质提高途径有限;“人情稿、关系稿”难拒,导致人际关系不和谐等现实困境。试从为青年编辑联系“传帮带”老师,尽快帮助青年编辑成长;规范编辑部内部工作制度,明确工作职责范围,定人定岗,定质定量考核评估;学校多提供进修、业务培训、学术会议等机会,使青年编辑多接触编辑同行,积累人脉,扩大视野;完善双向匿名审稿制度,控制用稿文章质量,以确保刊物质量等方面帮助他们走出困境,多管齐下对青年编辑进行人才培养,以提高和完善高校学报青年编辑素养和能力。

Young editors are the new force, the future and hope of Journals of colleges and universities.The growth of young editors experience four phases of adapting period, stable period, rising period and mature period.They are suf-fering from overloaded work, confusion between ideal and reality, few opportunities of further study, limited ways to improve own business, hardly refusing“papers of gratitude and friends”, which leads to many troubles such as dis-harmony of interpersonal relationship.This paper maintains that we may help young journal editors out of woods with multi-pronged ways to improve and perfect the literacy and ability of young editors of university journals by attemp-ting to find“Mentoring and Coaching” teachers to help them grow fast, standardizing internal working system, clear-ing job range, evaluating quantitatively, providing with opportunities of further study, business training, academic conference etc.to accumulate peer contacts and expand horizon, perfecting anonymous referee system and controlling papers level to ensure journals quality.
