目的:探讨临床路径教学模式在胸外科护理临床带教中的方法和应用效果。方法选取2013年3月至2014年3月在本科实习的大专护生60名为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各30人。对照组采用传统的教学方法,试验组采用基于临床路径的教学方法,实习时间为6周。在实习前后分别进行理论考核、护理操作考核和临床思维能力评定。结果实习结束后,试验组护生理论考核、护理操作考核成绩及临床思维能力均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.01)。结论将临床路径教学模式应用于胸外科临床实习带教中,有利于提高护生的理论知识和操作技能,增强护生的临床思维能力。

목적:탐토림상로경교학모식재흉외과호리림상대교중적방법화응용효과。방법선취2013년3월지2014년3월재본과실습적대전호생60명위연구대상,수궤분위대조조화시험조,매조각30인。대조조채용전통적교학방법,시험조채용기우림상로경적교학방법,실습시간위6주。재실습전후분별진행이론고핵、호리조작고핵화림상사유능력평정。결과실습결속후,시험조호생이론고핵、호리조작고핵성적급림상사유능력균우우대조조,차이유통계학의의( P<0.01)。결론장림상로경교학모식응용우흉외과림상실습대교중,유리우제고호생적이론지식화조작기능,증강호생적림상사유능력。
Objective To discuss the methods and effects of the clinical pathway based teaching in clinical nursing teaching at the department of thoracic surgery. Methods A total of 60 college probationers from March 2013 to March 2014 at the department of thoracic surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group , with 30 students in each group. Students in the control group were trained by the conventional methods and in the experi- mental group were trained by the clinical pathway based teaching methods and the probation duration was 6 weeks. Before and after the probation, examinations were used to compare the effects of each teaching method, which included theory test, nursing skill test and clinical thinking ability test. Results The results of the theory test, nursing skill test and clinical thinking ability test of experimental group were obviously better than those of control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 01 ) . Conclusion The clinical pathway based teaching methods can improve the probationers' theories and operating skills and strengthen the ability of clinical thinking.
