目的:探讨行为分阶段转变模式对急危重症专科护士培训的影响。方法将60名急危重症专科护士随机分为实验组29名和对照组31名,对照组采用常规培训方法,实验组采用半结构式谈话收集培训需求和行为分阶段转变模式干预,并进行培训效果比较。结果实验组急救理论、急救技能、综合技能明显高于对照组( P<0.05);6个临床科室医师、护士、护士长、患者对实验组护士培训后的满意率为93.6%;实验组护士对行为分阶段培训的评价满意率为95.4%。结论行为分阶段转变模式能有效促进急危重症专科护士的培养,是一个行之有效的专科护士培训途径。

목적:탐토행위분계단전변모식대급위중증전과호사배훈적영향。방법장60명급위중증전과호사수궤분위실험조29명화대조조31명,대조조채용상규배훈방법,실험조채용반결구식담화수집배훈수구화행위분계단전변모식간예,병진행배훈효과비교。결과실험조급구이론、급구기능、종합기능명현고우대조조( P<0.05);6개림상과실의사、호사、호사장、환자대실험조호사배훈후적만의솔위93.6%;실험조호사대행위분계단배훈적평개만의솔위95.4%。결론행위분계단전변모식능유효촉진급위중증전과호사적배양,시일개행지유효적전과호사배훈도경。
Objective To explore the effect of the transtheoretical model and stages of change on the training of the specialist nurses of serious patients. Methods The specialist nurses were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. Nurses in the control group (31 cases) were given routine training method while in the experi- mental group (29 cases) were given semistructured interview to collect the training demand intervened by transtheoreti- cal model and stages of change, the effects of training were compared. Results The first aid theory, first aid skill and comprehensive skill of experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P<0. 05 ); the satisfac- tion rate of the doctors, nurses, head nurses and patients from 6 clinical departments of expertimental group were 95. 6%;the satisfaction rate of experimental group's nurses were 95. 4%. Conclusions The transtheoretical model and stages of change can effectively promote the training of specialist nurses of emergency and severe cases and it is an effec- tive nursing pathway of specialist nurses.
