目的：探讨如意金黄散治疗PICC置管后所致静脉炎的疗效。方法将80例PICC置管后发生静脉炎患者随机分成两组：观察组（40例）采用金黄散外敷治疗，对照组（40例）采用传统50％硫酸镁湿热敷的方法治疗，观察两组患者静脉炎治愈的时间及有效率。结果观察组治愈静脉炎的平均时间短于对照组，且治愈率及总有效率明显高于对照组，两组结果比较有统计学差异（P＜0．05）。结论用如意金黄散外敷治疗PICC置管后引起的静脉炎，可缩短治愈时间，提高治愈率，有较好的临床效果，值得临床推广使用。
목적：탐토여의금황산치료PICC치관후소치정맥염적료효。방법장80례PICC치관후발생정맥염환자수궤분성량조：관찰조（40례）채용금황산외부치료，대조조（40례）채용전통50％류산미습열부적방법치료，관찰량조환자정맥염치유적시간급유효솔。결과관찰조치유정맥염적평균시간단우대조조，차치유솔급총유효솔명현고우대조조，량조결과비교유통계학차이（P＜0．05）。결론용여의금황산외부치료PICC치관후인기적정맥염，가축단치유시간，제고치유솔，유교호적림상효과，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of external application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder in the treatment of PICC-induced mechanic phlebitis.Methods 80 cases of patients with PICC-induced mechanic phlebitis, they were randomly divided into two groups.40 cases in the observation group was given external application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder.40 cases in the control group was given traditional 50%magnesium sulfate hot-wet compress treatment.The cure duration and the therapeutic effect of two groups were observed after treatment.Results The average cure duration of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, the cure rate and the total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group, and difference between the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion The external application of Ruyi Jinhuang powder in the treatment of PICC-induced mechanic phlebitis can shorten cure duration, and improve the cure rate.It has a good clinical therapeutic effect, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
