目的：探讨预防性护理干预在预防老年下肢骨折术后深静脉血栓(DVT)形成中的应用效果。方法：将120例患者随机分为2组，每组60例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组针对DVT形成采取预防性护理干预。比较2组DVT发生率、平均下床时间和住院时间。结果：DVT发生率观察组为11.7%，对照组为28.3%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。与对照组相比，观察组平均下床时间及住院时间明显缩短(P＜0.05)。结论：预防性护理干预可降低老年下肢骨折术后DVT发生率，缩短下床时间及住院时间。

목적：탐토예방성호리간예재예방노년하지골절술후심정맥혈전(DVT)형성중적응용효과。방법：장120례환자수궤분위2조，매조60례。대조조급여상규호리，관찰조침대DVT형성채취예방성호리간예。비교2조DVT발생솔、평균하상시간화주원시간。결과：DVT발생솔관찰조위11.7%，대조조위28.3%，2조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。여대조조상비，관찰조평균하상시간급주원시간명현축단(P＜0.05)。결론：예방성호리간예가강저노년하지골절술후DVT발생솔，축단하상시간급주원시간。
Objective: To explore the effects of prophylactic nursing intervention in the prevention of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of senile patients after the operation of lower limb fracture. Methods:A total of 120 patients were randomized into two groups, 60 cases each group. The control group accepted routine care and the observation group prophylactic nursing intervention in preventing DVT. To compare DVT incidences, average out-of-bed time and hospitalized time between both groups. Results: DVT incidences of the observation group was 11.7%, lower than 28.3%of the control group, the difference presented statistical meaning between both groups (P<0.05). Com-pared with the control group, average out-of-bed time and hospitalized time shortened in the observation group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Prophylactic nursing intervention could lower DVT incidences of senile patients after the surgery of lower limb fracture, shorten out-of-bed time and hospitalization time.
