目的：：观察全面护理对于胆结石术后患者的护理效果。方法：将96名患者随机分为观察组、对照组各48例。2组均给予手术治疗，术后观察组予以全面护理支持，对照组给予一般常规护理，观察2组术后恢复情况及术后并发症的发生情况。结果：观察组住院天数明显短于对照组(P＜0.05)。总满意率对照组为75.00%，观察组为95.83%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。并发症发生率观察组为31.25%，对照组为8.33%，2组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：术后全面护理干预能缩短胆结石术后患者的恢复时间，减少术后并发症的发生。
목적：：관찰전면호리대우담결석술후환자적호리효과。방법：장96명환자수궤분위관찰조、대조조각48례。2조균급여수술치료，술후관찰조여이전면호리지지，대조조급여일반상규호리，관찰2조술후회복정황급술후병발증적발생정황。결과：관찰조주원천수명현단우대조조(P＜0.05)。총만의솔대조조위75.00%，관찰조위95.83%，2조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。병발증발생솔관찰조위31.25%，대조조위8.33%，2조비교차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론：술후전면호리간예능축단담결석술후환자적회복시간，감소술후병발증적발생。
Objective: To observe the effects of general nursing on the patients after the operation of gall-stones. Methods:All 96 patients were randomly allocated to the observation group and the control group, 48 cases each group. Both groups underwent the surgery, the observation group received general care after the operation and the control group routine care, to observe the recovery conditions after the surgery and the incidences of postopera-tive complications. Results:The observation group was shorter than the control group in hospitalization days signifi-cantly (P<0.05). Total satisfaction rates of the control group and the observation group were 75.00%and 95.83%, the difference demonstrated statistical meaning between both groups (P<0.05). Complication incidences of the ob-servation group and the control group were 31.25%and 8.33%, the difference presented statistical meaning between both groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:General nursing could shorten the recovery time of the patients after the opera-tion of gallstones and reduce the incidences of postoperative complications.
