目的：研究润咽汤对慢性咽炎家兔模型EGF表达的影响，探讨其治疗慢性咽炎的机理。方法家兔60只随机分为6组，即正常组、模型组、对照组、润咽汤低、中、高剂量组，每组10只。采用“氨水＋松节油”复合因素造模方法制备慢性咽炎家兔模型。造模成功后，给予润咽汤低、中、高剂量组分别灌服中药液6．5 g／（ kg?d）、13 g／（ kg?d）、26 g／（ kg?d）进行治疗，对照组灌胃慢严舒柠咽炎片12 g／（ kg?d），空白组和模型组灌服生理盐水。采用ELISA法检测兔血清中EGF的表达。结果润咽汤各剂量组和对照组均可以升高慢性咽炎家兔模型EGF的表达（ P＜0．05）；以中剂量组降低最为明显。结论润咽汤可能是通过促进上皮细胞快速增值，加快创面愈合，促进咽部黏膜炎症修复，达到治疗慢性咽炎的目的。
목적：연구윤인탕대만성인염가토모형EGF표체적영향，탐토기치료만성인염적궤리。방법가토60지수궤분위6조，즉정상조、모형조、대조조、윤인탕저、중、고제량조，매조10지。채용“안수＋송절유”복합인소조모방법제비만성인염가토모형。조모성공후，급여윤인탕저、중、고제량조분별관복중약액6．5 g／（ kg?d）、13 g／（ kg?d）、26 g／（ kg?d）진행치료，대조조관위만엄서저인염편12 g／（ kg?d），공백조화모형조관복생리염수。채용ELISA법검측토혈청중EGF적표체。결과윤인탕각제량조화대조조균가이승고만성인염가토모형EGF적표체（ P＜0．05）；이중제량조강저최위명현。결론윤인탕가능시통과촉진상피세포쾌속증치，가쾌창면유합，촉진인부점막염증수복，체도치료만성인염적목적。
Objective To study the effect of the Runyan decoction on the expression of EGF in rabbit model of chronic pharyngitis, and to discuss its mechanism for chronic pharyngitis.Methods 60 rabbits were divided into the following six groups:blank group, model group, control group, Runran decoction low dose group, Runran decoction middle dose group and Runran decoction high dose group, and each group had 10 rabbits.We used composite factor modeling method of ammonia and turpentine to prepared rabbit models of chronic pharyngitis.Manyan Shuning Yanyan tablets were given the dose of 12g/( kg?d) to the control group.Runyan decoction were given the dose of 6.5g/(kg?d), 13g/(kg?d) and 26g/(kg?d) separately to the low dose group, middle dose group and high dose group.0.9% NS was given to the blank group and the model group.The expression of EGF was detected by ELISA.Results Runyan decoction ( low dose, middle dose and high dose) group and the control group were able to increase the level of EGF in pharyngeal mucosa (P<0.05).The effect of the middle dose group was the best among them.Conclusion Runran decoction can treat chronic pharyngitis by promoting the rapid increment of epithelium and accelerating the wound healing to promote the repair of pharynx mucosa inflammation.
