本试验采用正交试验研究颗粒细度、浸泡时间、浸煮时间和处理液的pH值对各生长时期平菇菌质中低聚木糖提取效果的影响.试验结果表明,影响提取效果因素的主次顺序为:颗粒细度>处理液的pH值>浸泡时间>浸煮时间.最佳提取工艺为平菇菌质经12000 r/min捣碎,用pH=3.50的酸性液浸泡48 h,再浸煮1.5 h,其中以第一次出菇期菌质中低聚木糖含量最高.

Extraction process of xylooligosaccharide (XOs)in different growth period of pleurotus ostreatus-fungal substance was studied by orthogonal experiment.Effects of particle fineness,soaking time,boiling time and the pH of soak solution on the yield of XOs were investigated.The results showed that the importance sequence for above four factors was:particle fineness > the pH of soak solution > soaking time > boiling time.The optimum extraction process was that fungal substance samples were triturated by 12000 r/min,soaked for 48 h and boiled for 1.5 h with acidic soak solution (pH=3.50).The content of XOs was highest in the first fruiting-body development of Pleurotus ostreatus.
