目的:观察大剂量丙种球蛋白结合茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症的临床效果。方法:将90例高胆红素血症新生儿随机分为治疗组、对照组各45例,2组均给予光疗及大剂量丙种球蛋白治疗,治疗组加用茵栀黄注射液治疗,2组均治疗7天。结果:总有效率治疗组为97.8%,对照组为86.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。黄疸指数治疗后2组均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05)。治疗组的体质量增长、摄入奶量与大便次数明显多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大剂量丙种球蛋白结合茵栀黄注射液治疗新生儿高胆红素血症临床疗效显著,能有效降低胆红素。

목적:관찰대제량병충구단백결합인치황주사액치료신생인고담홍소혈증적림상효과。방법:장90례고담홍소혈증신생인수궤분위치료조、대조조각45례,2조균급여광료급대제량병충구단백치료,치료조가용인치황주사액치료,2조균치료7천。결과:총유효솔치료조위97.8%,대조조위86.7%,2조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。황달지수치료후2조균명현하강(P<0.05),치료조하강경명현(P<0.05)。치료조적체질량증장、섭입내량여대편차수명현다우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:대제량병충구단백결합인치황주사액치료신생인고담홍소혈증림상료효현저,능유효강저담홍소。
Objective:To observe clinical effects of a large dose of gamma globulin combined with YinZhi-Huang injection in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: Ninety patients were randomized into the treat-ment group and the control group, 45 cases each group, both groups received phototherapy and a large dose of gam-ma globulin, the treatment group were treated with YinZhiHuang injection on this basis, both groups were treated for seven days. Results:Total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.8%, higher than 86.7%of the control group, the difference between both groups had statistical meaning (P<0.05). Jaundice indexes decreased obviously in both groups after treating (P<0.05), the decrease of the treatment group was more obvious (P<0.05). The treatment group was more than the control group significantly in the body weight increase, milk intake and the times of mo-tions (P<0.05). Conclusion:A large dose of gamma globulin combined with YinZhiHuang injection could obtain notable effects in treating neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, and the therapy could decrease bilirubin effectively.
