为研究复合氨基酸铁、锌络合物替代无机铁、锌对肉仔鸡生长性能及肉品质的影响,本试验选用1日龄AA雏鸡450只,随机分成5组,每组3个重复,每个重复30只,分别为对照组(基础日粮,含无机铁、锌100 mg/kg)、试验1~ 4组按照25%、50%、75%和100%的比例以复合氨基酸铁、锌络合物(以铁、锌含量计)替代肉仔鸡日粮中的无机铁、锌. 结果表明,复合氨基酸铁、锌络合物100%替代(试验4组)日粮中的无机铁、锌显著提高了22~ 42日龄肉仔鸡日增重8.07%(P<0.05),显著降低了1~42日龄肉仔鸡料重比10.10%(P<0.05);显著提高了42日龄肉仔鸡腿肌pH45 min及胸肌、腿肌粗蛋白质含量,显著降低了胸肌剪切力和腿肌失水率. 由此可见,肉仔鸡日粮中复合氨基酸铁、锌络合物替代无机铁、锌的水平以100%为最佳.

A study was conducted to investigate the effect of compound amino acid-iron/zinc complex instead of inor-ganic iron and zinc on the growth performance and meat quality of broilers.A total of 450 broilers of one-day age were randomly assigned to 5 treatments with 3 replicates of 30 each,the control (basic ration,100 mg inorganic iron and zinc per kilogram),experimental 1~ 4 groups were added the compound amino acid-iron/zinc complex instead of inorganic iron and zinc in broiler diet by 25%,50%,75% and 100% respectively.The results showed that compound amino acid-iron/zinc complex 100%replacement of inorganic iron and zinc in broiler diet not only improved the daily gain of 22 to 42 days age by 8.07%and decreased the feed gain ratio of 1 to 42 days age by 10.10% significantly (P<0.05),but also in-creased the pH45 min of leg muscle,crude protein content of chest and leg muscles,decreased the shear force of chest muscle and dehydration of leg muscle of 42 days age broilers significantly (P<0.05), compared with the control group.These re-sults indicated that the best replacement level of inorganic iron and zinc by compound amino acid-iron/zinc complex com-pound amino acids in the broiler diet was 100%.
