目的:探讨视频教学法在新护士岗前培训中的应用。方法对2013年6月~2014年6月新上岗的护士63名随机分为两组,对照组30名运用传统的培训方法进行技术操作的培训,集体先进行理论的培训,然后由培训老师现场示范操作;试验组33名新上岗护士运用视频教学法灵活运用时间观看操作视频,由培训老师集中讲解疑难问题后进行操作练习,一周之后两组人员同时进行技术操作考核。结果两组新护士的各项操作成绩差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),试验组运用操作视频发放给新护士,使其灵活运用时间进行观看练习,考核成绩优于对照组。结论视频教学法应用于岗前技术培训优于传统的培训方法。

Objective Discuss the application of video teaching method in the pre-job training of new nurses. Methods From 2013.6 to 2014.6, totally collected 63 new employed nurses, were randomly divided into two groups. Control group of 30 were training with traditional methods of technical operation, who were going theory training first, then by training teachers lively demonstration operation; Group of 33 new employed nurses used the time flexible to watch the video approach operation video, training teachers focused on problems and then operation practiced, after a week, the two groups were going technical operation assessment at the same time. Results The operations performance is statistically significant of the two groups of new nurses difference(P<0.05), and experimental group using the operating video were flexible using time to watch the practice, the assessment result is better than the control group. Conclusion Video teaching method applied in pre-service technical training is superior to the traditional training methods.
