欠发达地区社会经济转型过程中，需要充分发挥地市高职院校的教育服务功能，加强特色办学，立足地方，服务社会，为地方社会经济转型发展作出贡献。对欠发达地区地市高职院校服务地方社会经济转型办学特色情况进行问卷调查分析，了解存在的不足与问题，并在此基础上提出发展建议，通过深入的调查分析来指导地市高职院校的科学发展。

In the process of social and economic transition, the underdeveloped areas need to give full play to the function of education service of local Higher Vocational Colleges, and need to enhance the school-running character-istics based on local, social services, and make a contribution to the development of local social economic transition. This paper conducts questionnaire,survey,and analysis on the situation of school-running characteristics of service-based social and economic transition in the local higher vocational colleges of underdeveloped area, knows the defi-ciencies and problems, and on this basis, puts forward the development proposal , which tries to guide the scientific development of local higher vocational colleges through the in-depth investigation and analysis.
