文章介绍了一款利用烫印和贴合技术设计的抗菌保暖炭银面料,并对基布的选择、产品的规格、工艺流程、工艺参数和关键技术做了详细的介绍,然后将贴合好的面料参照标准对其抗菌性、撕破强力、水洗外观变化、耐磨性、保温性进行了测试.通过检测发现面料水洗后炭银层没有明显脱落,对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率达97.9%,经向撕破强力为13.4 N,纬向撕破强力为12.9 N,耐磨性大于5 000 r,热阻为0.013 m2·K/W,湿阻为25.1 m2·Pa/W.由测试数据可知,所设计的功能面料符合标准的技术要求,达到了客户的使用需求.

This paper introduced a charcoal/silver fabric with antibacterial and thermal insulation properties, which is made by using thermoprinting and laminating technologies. The selection of base fabric, product specifications, technological process, process parameters and key technologies were introduced in details and then the antibacterial property, tearing strength, appearance retention after washing, abrasion resistance, thermal insulation property of the laminated fabric were tested according to related standards. The test results show that there is no evident peeling-off of the charcoal/silver layer after washing, the anti-staphylococcus aureus rate of the fabric is up to 97.9%, the warp-wise tearing strength is 13.4 N, the weft-wise tearing strength is 12.9 N, the abrasion resistance is over 5,000 turns, the thermal resistance is 0.013 m2·K/W and the wet resistance is 25.1 m2·Pa/W. These data prove that the designed functional fabric meet both the technical requirements in related standards and customer's requirements.
