目的:观察龙星胶囊对双侧颈总动脉结扎大鼠脑缺血的保护作用,对小鼠断头后存活时间的影响。方法:采用结扎大鼠双侧颈总动脉以造成脑缺血模型,观察龙星胶囊的药理作用。结果:1)龙星胶囊对双侧颈总动脉结扎大鼠脑含水量及脑指数有显著影响,龙星胶囊3个剂量组(0.20、0.40、0.80 g/kg),脑含水量明显减少,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组织病理学检查表明龙星胶囊组的脑组织神经细胞浓缩及深染较脑缺血模型组明显减轻;神经胶质细胞肿胀及间质疏松程度均明显轻于模型组。2)龙星胶囊3个剂量组(0.20、0.40、0.80 g/kg)均能明显降低全血黏度值,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3)龙星胶囊3个剂量组(0.25、0.50、1.00 g/kg)给药14天,与正常组比较可延长小鼠断头喘气的时间(P<0.05)。结论:龙星胶囊对大鼠结扎双侧颈总动脉所致脑缺血损伤具有明显的保护作用。
目的:觀察龍星膠囊對雙側頸總動脈結扎大鼠腦缺血的保護作用,對小鼠斷頭後存活時間的影響。方法:採用結扎大鼠雙側頸總動脈以造成腦缺血模型,觀察龍星膠囊的藥理作用。結果:1)龍星膠囊對雙側頸總動脈結扎大鼠腦含水量及腦指數有顯著影響,龍星膠囊3箇劑量組(0.20、0.40、0.80 g/kg),腦含水量明顯減少,與模型組比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。組織病理學檢查錶明龍星膠囊組的腦組織神經細胞濃縮及深染較腦缺血模型組明顯減輕;神經膠質細胞腫脹及間質疏鬆程度均明顯輕于模型組。2)龍星膠囊3箇劑量組(0.20、0.40、0.80 g/kg)均能明顯降低全血黏度值,與模型組比較差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);3)龍星膠囊3箇劑量組(0.25、0.50、1.00 g/kg)給藥14天,與正常組比較可延長小鼠斷頭喘氣的時間(P<0.05)。結論:龍星膠囊對大鼠結扎雙側頸總動脈所緻腦缺血損傷具有明顯的保護作用。
목적:관찰룡성효낭대쌍측경총동맥결찰대서뇌결혈적보호작용,대소서단두후존활시간적영향。방법:채용결찰대서쌍측경총동맥이조성뇌결혈모형,관찰룡성효낭적약리작용。결과:1)룡성효낭대쌍측경총동맥결찰대서뇌함수량급뇌지수유현저영향,룡성효낭3개제량조(0.20、0.40、0.80 g/kg),뇌함수량명현감소,여모형조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。조직병이학검사표명룡성효낭조적뇌조직신경세포농축급심염교뇌결혈모형조명현감경;신경효질세포종창급간질소송정도균명현경우모형조。2)룡성효낭3개제량조(0.20、0.40、0.80 g/kg)균능명현강저전혈점도치,여모형조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);3)룡성효낭3개제량조(0.25、0.50、1.00 g/kg)급약14천,여정상조비교가연장소서단두천기적시간(P<0.05)。결론:룡성효낭대대서결찰쌍측경총동맥소치뇌결혈손상구유명현적보호작용。
Objective:To observe the effects of LongXing capsules fighting against cerebral ischemia of rats in-duced by bilateral cephalic artery ligation;and its influence on survival time of the mice after the heads were cut off. Methods:Rat with cerebral ischemia was prepared by ligating cephalic artery bilaterally to observe pharmacological functions of LongXing capsules. Results:1)LongXing capsules showed great influence on cerebral water capacity and cerebral index of the rats undergoing bilateral cephalic artery ligation, cerebral water capacity decreased obviously in three doses groups of LongXing capsules (0.20g/kg, 0.40g/kg and 0.80g/kg), it had significant differences compared with the model group (P<0.05). Histopathological inspection manifested that the concentrations and anachromasis of the nerve cells in the brain tissue in LongXing capsules groups relieved slightly compared with the model group of cerebral ischemia;lighter than the model group in the swelling and interstitial loosening of neuroepithelial cells obvi-ously. 2)Three doses groups of LongXing capsules (0.20 g/kg, 0.40 g/kg and 0.80 g/kg) could decrease whole blood viscosity remarkably, it had significant difference compared with the model group (P<0.05). 3)LongXing capsules could prolong the breathing time of the mice after they were cut off when three doses groups of LongXing capsules (0.25g/kg, 0.50g/kg and 1.00g/kg) after medicated for 14 days were compared with the normal group (P<0.05). Conclusion:LongXing capsules could protect cerebral ischemia injury of the rats with bilateral cephalic artery liga-tion.
