为客观评价不同晒晾烟品种的西柏烷二萜醇含量,采用气质联用法对6个不同地区11个晒晾烟品种的西柏烷二萜醇含量进行了检测与分析.结果表明:(1)不同品种之间的西柏烷二萜醇含量大小顺序为枇杷叶>杨梅烟>黑烟>寸三皮>麻阳红>小柳叶>烤烟>二黑烟>马耳烟>K16>黑老>公会晒烟,并通过聚类分析将 11 个晒晾烟品种分成了高含量、中含量和低含量三类.(2)不同类型晒晾烟的西柏烷二萜醇含量大小顺序为浅晒红烟>晒红烟>深晒红烟>晒黄烟.(3)不同部位之间,除马耳烟外,其余品种西柏烷二萜醇含量均表现为中部叶大于上部叶.(4)通过线性相关分析发现,α-2,7,11-西柏三烯-4,6-二醇与β-2,7,11-西柏三烯-4,6-二醇的含量存在一定的线性相关性,决定系数(R2)为0.9576.
為客觀評價不同曬晾煙品種的西柏烷二萜醇含量,採用氣質聯用法對6箇不同地區11箇曬晾煙品種的西柏烷二萜醇含量進行瞭檢測與分析.結果錶明:(1)不同品種之間的西柏烷二萜醇含量大小順序為枇杷葉>楊梅煙>黑煙>吋三皮>痳暘紅>小柳葉>烤煙>二黑煙>馬耳煙>K16>黑老>公會曬煙,併通過聚類分析將 11 箇曬晾煙品種分成瞭高含量、中含量和低含量三類.(2)不同類型曬晾煙的西柏烷二萜醇含量大小順序為淺曬紅煙>曬紅煙>深曬紅煙>曬黃煙.(3)不同部位之間,除馬耳煙外,其餘品種西柏烷二萜醇含量均錶現為中部葉大于上部葉.(4)通過線性相關分析髮現,α-2,7,11-西柏三烯-4,6-二醇與β-2,7,11-西柏三烯-4,6-二醇的含量存在一定的線性相關性,決定繫數(R2)為0.9576.

To evaluate the content of cembrenediol in various sun-cured cultivars, 11 sun-cured cultivars from 6 regions were analyzed by GC-MS. The results showed that: (1) the order of cembrenediol content in different cultivars of sun-cured tobacco was: Pipaye>Yangmei>Heiyan>Cunsanpi>Mayanghong>Xiaoliuye>K326>Erhei>Maer>K16>Heilao>Gonghui, and the 11 cultivars were clustered into three groups based on cembrenediol content; (2) the order of cembrenediol content in different types of sun-cured tobacco was: light red sun-cured tobacco > red sun-cured tobacco > dark red sun-cured tobacco > yellow sun-cured tobacco; (3) Except Maer, cembrenediol content in middle leaves was higher than that in upper leaves; (4) Correlation analysis showed that there was a linear correlation betweenα-2,7,11-cembtratriene-4,6-diol andβ-2,7,11- cembtratriene-4,6-diol, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9576. The results from this study could be used in evaluating quality of different sun-cured tobacco cultivars.
