目的：探讨灰阶超声与多普勒超声对甲状腺乳头状癌患者的诊断价值。方法选取2014年2月至2014年10月上海电力医院收治的甲状腺乳头状癌患资料者80例为研究对象，所有患者均行灰阶超声与多普勒超声检查，比较两种检查方式用于甲状腺癌及淋巴结转移诊断符合率。结果多普勒超声用于诊断甲状腺乳头状癌伴淋巴结转移，其结果与病理检查结果符合率明显高于灰阶超声，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论多普勒超声有助于提高甲状腺乳头状癌伴淋巴结转移诊断符合率，临床价值优于灰阶超声。
목적：탐토회계초성여다보륵초성대갑상선유두상암환자적진단개치。방법선취2014년2월지2014년10월상해전력의원수치적갑상선유두상암환자료자80례위연구대상，소유환자균행회계초성여다보륵초성검사，비교량충검사방식용우갑상선암급림파결전이진단부합솔。결과다보륵초성용우진단갑상선유두상암반림파결전이，기결과여병리검사결과부합솔명현고우회계초성，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론다보륵초성유조우제고갑상선유두상암반림파결전이진단부합솔，림상개치우우회계초성。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound and Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of thyroid papil ary carcinoma.Methods Select 80 cases of February 2014 to October 2014 in Shanghai Electric Power Hospital were papil ary thyroid cancer patients,the gray scale ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound examination was performed in al patients and compared two kinds of examination for thyroid carcinoma and lymph node metastasis diagnosis coincidence rate.Results Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of thyroid papil ary carcinoma with lymph node metastasis,the results and pathological examination,the coincidence rate was obviously higher than that of gray scale ultrasound,the difference is statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Doppler ultrasound is helpful to improve the diagnostic rate of lymph node metastases of papil ary thyroid carcinoma,the clinical value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound is superior to.
