A comparison test of new early rice varieties was carried out at multiple test sites of Zhangzhou City in 2013 and 2014. The results showed that the yields of eleven tested varieties including"Yongyou 4550",etc were very significantly higher than that of control variety"Huayoujia 99"by 4. 84% -23. 62% in average. 66% -100% of test sites showed yield-increasing effect. These varieties could be further tested in trial.
