研究了反应温度、反应压力和停留时间对中间相含量的影响。实验结果表明,中间相含量随反应温度和压力升高而提高,在0.22MPa时达到最高;随停留时间的延长而升高,在8h左右达到最大值。适宜的条件下可制备出中间相含量为1.22%的改质沥青。

This paper studies the influence of reaction temperature, reaction pressure and reaction time on the content of mesophase in modified pitch.The experiment result shows that the content of mesophase increases along with the increasing of reaction temperature and pressure and reaches maxi-mum at 0.22MPa,and increases as reaction time lasts and reaches maximum at 8h.Under suitable condition,modified pitch containing 1.22%mesophase can be obtained.
