通过分析焦炉烟气特点,提出了一种焦炉烟气脱硫除尘脱硝及其热解析一体化工艺,论述了该工艺的系统组成和工艺特点,分析比较可知,该工艺系统简单,流程紧凑,易操作,维护量小,能有效解决焦炉烟气SO2和NOx 脱除问题。
通過分析焦爐煙氣特點,提齣瞭一種焦爐煙氣脫硫除塵脫硝及其熱解析一體化工藝,論述瞭該工藝的繫統組成和工藝特點,分析比較可知,該工藝繫統簡單,流程緊湊,易操作,維護量小,能有效解決焦爐煙氣SO2和NOx 脫除問題。

Through analysis of the features of coke oven flue gas, this paper proposes a kind of integrated process for desulfurization,dedusting,denitration and thermal decompositioin of coke oven flue gas, and expounds the system composition and characteristics of the process.Analysis and comparison shows that this process has advantages of simple system,compact workflow,easy operation and less maintenance,which could effectively solve the removal problem of SO2 and NOx in coke oven flue gas.
