针选用先进的现代普莱克斯基于液氮制冷单元,通过独有的气液分离器设计,利用射频导纳料位开关的触点控制低温电磁阀的开启,及时排出输送至低温老化房的液氮在传送过程中汽化产生的废气,确保冷却介质的状态为纯净液体输送至老化房,以确保制冷效果。结果表明采用该制冷系统的老化房,可扩展一般老化箱的低温下限(-70℃),使低温可达-196℃,且具有制冷容积大,制冷能力强、效果好,可靠性高,运行及维护成本低等特点。

Aiming at the specific requirements of ultra low temperature , a set of low temperature aging room system for elec-tronic products based on liquid nitrogen is studied , which adopts modern advanced liquid nitrogen refrigeration unit based on Praxair.Compared with the traditional liquid nitrogen refrigeration system , the cooling efficiency of new system can reach 98%,while the traditional efficiency is 67%, by saving 30%of the liquid nitrogen consumption .Its unique gas-liq-uid separator design and the using of RF admittance level switch contacts can control the opening of low temperature sole -noid valve and timely discharge the waste gas produced during the transfer process , which can ensure the pure liquid cool-ing medium transferred into the aging room , therefore , to ensure the refrigeration effect .By using the low temperature aging room system based on this refrigeration system , the low temperature limit (-70℃) of the general degradation box can be extended , for the extreme low temperature can reach -196℃.The traits of system can be displayed as large refrigerating volume, high refrigerating capacity , good refrigerating effect , and low operating and maintaining costs .
