青山水库是一座以防洪为主的大型水库,为Ⅱ等工程,设计洪水标准为百年一遇设计,校核洪水标准为万年一遇。采用间接法由设计暴雨推求设计洪水,利用水库静库容调洪计算原理进行调洪演算。通过对青山水库流域的设计暴雨、设计洪水和调洪能力计算分析,并对大坝坝顶高程进行复核计算。结果表明,现状的主坝、副坝坝顶高程均满足设计规范要求,水库防洪安全性为A级。

Qingshan Reservoir is a large reservoir aiming at flood control , ranked as second-class engineering , with the de-signed flood standard for once-in-a-century and checking flood standard for once-in-ten-thousand year .The indirect method is adopted to estimate design flood from design storm , and the flood regulating calculation is derived based on the calcula-tion principle of reservoir static capacity .The design storm, the design flood, as well as the flood regulating capacity of Qingshan Reservoir watershed are all calculated and analyzed in the paper , and the recomputation is done on dam crest ele-vation.The results show that the present situation of the main dam and the crest elevation of the auxiliary dam meet the re -quirements of design specifications , maintaining the flood control security of Qingshan Reservoir an “A” rating.
