将IEC61850标准应用到配电终端在线监测系统中,为配电终端在线监测功能进行了信息建模,解决了配电终端不能实现互操作的问题.通过扩展IEC 60870-5-104协议的方法,实现主站与终端信息模型的交互.在此基础上,提出主站侧实时更新终端描述的功能,给出相应的算法,并对配电终端在线监测系统进行了功能完善.

The standard IEC61850 was applied in the on-line monitoring system of power distribution terminal, to establish a message model for the on-line monitoring function of power distribution terminal, which solved the problem that the power distribution terminal can not achieve interoperability. By means of extended IEC60870-5-104 protocol, interaction between master station and terminal information model was achieved. On this basis, this paper proposed the function of real-time update terminal at master station, giving the corresponding algorithm and improving the function of on-line monitoring system of distribution terminal.
