目的：探讨综合护理在自凝刀治疗慢性宫颈炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取2013年8月至2014年10月在阜新市第五人民医院接受自凝刀治疗的64例慢性宫颈炎患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各32例。两组患者均采用自凝刀进行治疗，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组患者在对照组基础上采用综合护理，比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经治疗后，观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对采用自凝刀治疗慢性宫颈炎患者实施综合护理，可有效提升预后效果。
목적：탐토종합호리재자응도치료만성궁경염환자중적응용개치。방법선취2013년8월지2014년10월재부신시제오인민의원접수자응도치료적64례만성궁경염환자작위연구대상，안수궤수자표법장기분위대조조화관찰조，각32례。량조환자균채용자응도진행치료，대조조환자급여상규호리，관찰조환자재대조조기출상채용종합호리，비교량조환자적림상료효。결과경치료후，관찰조환자적총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론대채용자응도치료만성궁경염환자실시종합호리，가유효제승예후효과。
Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing in the treatment of patients with chronic cervicitis treated with self-setting knife.Methods From October 2014 to August 2013,64 cases of chronic cervicitis were treated with self coagulation knife in Fuxin Fifth People's Hospital.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with self curing knife,the control group were given conventional nursing,the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing,the clinical ef icacy of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of chronic cervicitis with self-setting knife can effectively improve the prognosis.
