统一潮流控制器(UPFC)可以快速灵活地控制线路的潮流,改善电网的潮流分布特性。对于国内大部分110 kV 及以上电网采用的双回线路结构,需要对双回线路同时进行潮流控制才能优化电网潮流,而目前已投运 UPFC 工程的系统结构均不适用于双回线路。文中以南京西环网应用UPFC 工程为例,根据电网的实际应用需求,分析了双回线路 UPFC 控制的特点,给出了适用于双回线路应用 UPFC 工程的较优系统拓扑方案,该方案具有较好的可靠性、经济性和灵活性。

The unified power flow controller (UPFC),known for its ability of regulating the line power flow quickly and flexibly,can improve power flow distribution characteristics of power grid.For the double-circuit line structure applied in most domestic 1 10 kV and above power grids,the power flow control of both lines needs to be conducted at the same time to optimize the grid power flow.However,none of the system structures of the existing projects employing UPFC is suitable for the double-circuit lines.Take Nanjing west grid employing UPFC as an example.The characteristics of UPFC applied in the double-circuit lines are analyzed according to the actual application demand of power grid,and a better system structure is given,which is proved to have good performance in reliability,economy and flexibility.
