目的：探讨非络地平缓释片治疗高血压患者的临床疗效。方法回顾性选取2013年8月至2014年7月长春市第二医院收治的高血压患者150例，依据来院就诊顺序将其分为观察组和对照组，各75例。对照组患者给予常规高血压内科治疗，观察组患者在对照组基础上口服非络地平缓释片进行治疗，比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果经治疗后，观察组患者的总有效率明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用非络地平缓释片治疗高血压临床治疗效果明显，可改善患者的临床症状。

목적：탐토비락지평완석편치료고혈압환자적림상료효。방법회고성선취2013년8월지2014년7월장춘시제이의원수치적고혈압환자150례，의거래원취진순서장기분위관찰조화대조조，각75례。대조조환자급여상규고혈압내과치료，관찰조환자재대조조기출상구복비락지평완석편진행치료，비교량조환자적치료효과。결과경치료후，관찰조환자적총유효솔명현고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론응용비락지평완석편치료고혈압림상치료효과명현，가개선환자적림상증상。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of felodipine sustained release tablets in the treatment of patients with hypertension.Methods From July 2014 to August 2013,150 patients with hypertension in Changchun City,according to the order of treatment to the hospital were divided into observation group and control group,each of 75 cases.The control group were treated with conventional treatment,the observation group were treated with the non-sustained release tablets on the basis of the control group,and the treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistical y significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of the application of the non-sustained release tablets in the treatment of hypertension is obvious,and can improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
