对适用于10 kV 配电网区域电压跌落治理的动态电压恢复器进行了设计,给出了基于级联H 桥的主电路、取电装置、无变压器耦合电路的设计方法,并针对中性点不接地配网系统中电压跌落的特点,提出了一种仅需补偿电压跌落相电压即可恢复负载侧线电压的参考值计算方法。最后,基于 PSCAD 搭建了仿真模型,分析了不同故障类型下动态电压调节器(DVR)的补偿效果以及取电装置对系统的影响,通过实验验证了 DVR 硬件设计与参考电压计算方法的正确性和有效性。
對適用于10 kV 配電網區域電壓跌落治理的動態電壓恢複器進行瞭設計,給齣瞭基于級聯H 橋的主電路、取電裝置、無變壓器耦閤電路的設計方法,併針對中性點不接地配網繫統中電壓跌落的特點,提齣瞭一種僅需補償電壓跌落相電壓即可恢複負載側線電壓的參攷值計算方法。最後,基于 PSCAD 搭建瞭倣真模型,分析瞭不同故障類型下動態電壓調節器(DVR)的補償效果以及取電裝置對繫統的影響,通過實驗驗證瞭 DVR 硬件設計與參攷電壓計算方法的正確性和有效性。

The design scheme for a dynamic voltage restorer applicable to compensating for regional voltage sags in 10 kV distribution systems is carried out,in which the cascaded H-bridge based main circuit,the devices for energizing the dynamic voltage restorer(DVR) and the transformer-free coupled circuit are presented in detail.In order to solve the voltage sag problem in an isolated neutral distribution system,a reference voltage calculation method for restoring the line voltage on the load side is put forward.In the end,a simulation model for a substation including the designed DVR devices is built in PSCAD, and the compensation results under different fault types are simulated and analyzed while the influence of energizing devices on the distribution system is studied.The correctness and effectiveness of both the DVR hardware design and reference voltage calculation method is verified by simulation results.
