高校思政课教学应充分发挥师生个体与群体双主体融合作用,激发师生教学的能动性,才能使学生对思政课厌学轻学的情绪发生根本性扭转。借助于需要层次理论、群体动力学理论和学习型组织理论的思想内涵,通过对其机理的阐释并对如何将其思想运用于思政课教学之中进行分析,以期能在教学理念及方法上提供参考价值。
高校思政課教學應充分髮揮師生箇體與群體雙主體融閤作用,激髮師生教學的能動性,纔能使學生對思政課厭學輕學的情緒髮生根本性扭轉。藉助于需要層次理論、群體動力學理論和學習型組織理論的思想內涵,通過對其機理的闡釋併對如何將其思想運用于思政課教學之中進行分析,以期能在教學理唸及方法上提供參攷價值。

Students and teachers should give full play to the function of the integration of the dual individual -group subject in ideological and political teaching and learning. Only by inspiring the teaching initiative in teachers can the students’ weariness of this course be really overcome. With the Need Hierarchy Theory, Group Dynamics Theory and the ideological connotations of Learning Organization Theory, and with the interpretation of these theories and exploration of their application to the ideological political course, this paper can shed light on the teaching notion and methodology of ideological political course.
