科技期刊发展的新常态必然伴随着新的伦理问题。反思我国科技期刊发展过程中存在的各种问题，认为科技期刊只有把握好发展的伦理向度，坚持将履行社会责任作为期刊发展的第一要务，将恪守崇高学术风尚作为期刊发展的道德底线，将人文关怀贯穿于编辑出版活动的全过程，才能实现自身的健康快速发展。

과기기간발전적신상태필연반수착신적윤리문제。반사아국과기기간발전과정중존재적각충문제，인위과기기간지유파악호발전적윤리향도，견지장리행사회책임작위기간발전적제일요무，장각수숭고학술풍상작위기간발전적도덕저선，장인문관부관천우편집출판활동적전과정，재능실현자신적건강쾌속발전。
The new normal concerning the development of science and technology journals is inevitably accompanied with new ethic issues.By reflecting various problems during the process of development,this article proposes that sci-ence and technology journals can achieve themselves'healthy and rapid development only by holding ethic dimensions for development,adhering social responsibility as top priority during the improvement,abiding lofty academic tenden-cy as its ethic end-line,and applying humanistic care to the whole procedure of editing and publishing.
