运用AMESim中所提供的HCD(Hydraulic Component Design)液压元件设计库针对减压阀内部结构进行建模仿真.通过对减压阀弹簧刚度、弹簧预紧力、阀芯质量、阻尼孔直径以及减压阀初始开口度五个参数的分析,获得各个参数对减压阀定压的影响规律.在此基础上,优化现有减压阀的工艺参数,提高减压阀定压的准确性、快速性和稳定性.此外,结合热液压元件设计库(Thermal Hy-draulic Component Design),搭建减压阀的热液压模型,分析了油温对减压阀性能的影响,提出了控制油温的方法.仿真结果验证了所建立模型的正确性,对研究减压阀动态特性的实验起到指导作用,为今后减压阀的设计和选择提供依据.

Use Hydraulic Component Design Library provided in Amesim for modeling and simulation of hydraulic reducing valve internal structure. Through the analysis of spring stiffness, spring pre-tightening force, spool quality, damping orifice and valve opening, to obtain the influence of the various parameters on pressure stability.Optimize an existing pressure reducing valve and improve the accuracy, speed and stability. In addition, combine Thermal Hydraulic Component Design Library to build thermal hydraulic valve model, and analyze the in-fluence of oil temperature on the valve performance.Put forward some methods to control the oil temperature. The simulation verify the cor-rectness of the model,provide help for the study of the experiment and play a guiding role for the design and selection of valve in the future.
